UK Standard delivery 

It can take us up to 20  working days to process and create your order as every item is handmade. The items will then be dispatched with Royal Mail 48 which can take up to 3-5working days to deliver.

International Delivery 

It takes up to 20 working days to process and create your order. Once the items are dispatched with Royal mail (Tracked) it can take 3-5 working days.

Our working days do not include Bank Holidays/ Weekends/ Eid Days/ Staff Holidays.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to wrong address/incorrect address or  then the item will be returned back to JewlzbyKT and the customer will have to pay the expenses such as shipping costs and any duty tax the package may have incurred. Reshipment may be available at the expense of the customer. The cost to ship the item again will be invoiced to the customer if they still want the item.
