How long will it take to get my jewellery?

All orders take between 2-4 weeks as each piece is handmade. Some items may take longer please always check the description of the item before placing the order. Once the item is dispatched it can take 3-5 working days to arrive.

UK Deliveries:

UK orders are shipped with the Royal Mail  Tracked  (Delivery aim: within 3-5 working days)

International Deliveries:

International orders are shipped with the Royal Mail which can take between 7-21 days to arrive (excluding delays).

What material is the Jewellery?

Our custom made Jewellery are 18K Gold Filled: With a layer of gold over stainless steel and Platinum silver. They are tarnish free and water resistant.

Customer Returns:

JewlzbyKT has a no refund/ cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered, the creation process has already begun.If you wish to make any changes to your order they must be done within 2 hours of placing the order ! 

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

What if i put in my wrong address?

Use our Contact Us page to inform us of the correct address within 24 hours of placing the order! 

We cannot be held liable for undelivered/ misplaced packages due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.

What if my package is lost?

You must contact the courier as we are not liable for any lost packages. 

What if my package was returned to the sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order. 

My order got charged at customs what shall i do?

JewlzbyKT is not responsible for any customs fees on orders. Please check before you place your order whether your country has customs for imports from the UK.

What if my jewellery breaks?

If your jewellery is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece/ damaged during shipment, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence in order for us. We will repair / replace the item at the discretion of the customer service team. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.

Since each item is handmade, they are all unique from one another. This implies that writing might be somewhat off-center. Although we inspect each of our items to make sure they meet high standards, errors do occasionally happen. If there is a problem with your goods, please get in touch with us within 48 hours after delivery. If an item is to be returned for an amendment at the discretion of our customer service team, it must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery to be eligible for a refund/replacement.

Why don't you engrave star signs/angel Numbers?

At JewlzbyKT, we hold our values and beliefs in high regard, and as such, we respect the diversity of beliefs among our clientele. As a Muslim-owned brand, we prioritize adherence to Islamic principles in all aspects of our business operations. We understand that some individuals may be drawn to star signs or angel numbers, but it's important to us to maintain consistency with our religious convictions. Therefore, we have made the decision not to offer engravings related to star signs or angel numbers. We believe in creating jewelry that celebrates timeless elegance and personal significance without compromising our religious beliefs. Our commitment to serving our customers with integrity remains unwavering, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support of JewlzbyKT.

 What if the item does not fit? Or the item size is smaller/bigger than imagined?

Most items state specific measurements in the product description. If you are unsure of sizing/dimensions, please contact our team to help you work out what is best for you. Changing your size after delivery may result in a fee and is at the discretion of our customer service team.
