Guidelines to follow:

While JewelzbyKT strives to provide the best quality possible, with a little attention, every jewellery may last longer. Kindly refrain from using oily creams, bleach, or sanitizer on jewellery as these substances might erode the plating. Our jewellery won't make your skin "green," but the faster the colour fades, the more chemicals you've been exposed to. If you take proper care of your jewellery, you should not notice any wear after two to three years.

If your jewellery becomes wet, use a towel to pat it dry.

When attaching and removing some components, we advise handling them with care since they may be rather fragile and exquisite. Keeping your jewellery in a dry, cold environment where the metal won't react is also good.
Items without a stainless steel foundation may eventually tarnish; on the other hand, our gold plating last for more than a year. JewelzbyKT is not in charge of keeping your jewellery in good condition.

Our jewellery made of stainless steel:

Because stainless steel is well renowned for its strong resistance to tarnish and corrosion, and because it doesn't injure the person manufacturing or wearing it, we adore it. Wearing any of our stainless steel-based goods in the water won't discolour them, but it can hasten the fading of the gold, therefore we advise taking the jewellery off while taking a shower if you want to prolong its appearance. Our thick gold-plated stainless steel jewellery is stunning because it fades to a beautiful ombre of gold and silver as it twists.

Our Gold Filled Jewellery:

They are made of a base metal (usually brass or copper) covered by sheets of gold in a mechanical bonding process. Usually crafted from 18k gold, it is durable. It shouldn't peel or flake with proper maintenance, and it should last just as long as genuine 18k gold jewellery. For most persons with sensitive skin, it is safe.
Please try to avoid a variety of alkaline items, such as laundry detergent and soapy water, as gold-filled products are extremely sensitive to alkaline liquids. To keep them appearing fresh new, we nevertheless advise you to take them off while taking a shower. You are welcome to use a gentle jewellery cleaning on 14K.

Remove ALL (gold plated) jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping,to preserve the longevity of the item.

Everybody has a unique type of skin. Certain individuals respond strongly to plating in gold, nickel, and bronze. Please refrain from purchasing sterling silver or non-solid gold jewellery if you are prone to this. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. We are sorry ahead of time.
